Nellie has been working as a hairstylist since 2020. She got her start in St. Paul after completing an extensive 6 month apprenticeship + loves in person and online education. Constantly learning new tricks and tips is her bread and butter. Bringing vibrancy to the hair with warm reflective tones, anywhere from coppers to blondes to rich brunettes: she’s living for all of it! Nellie thrives in dimensional minimal maintenance hair. Her soul client loves low maintenance hair (that can mean a lot of things! if you have any questions on this don’t hesitate to reach out to her directly!). Additionally, her soul client loves to talk about food, books, travel and their pets! Nellie’s favorite part of her career is connecting with the coolest people she would otherwise not have the opportunity to meet.

LIFE.

Nellie’s love language is quality time. She loves playing board games and card games with friends and family. You’ll never catch her without a book in her bag, so please give her all of the book recommendations! Nellie spends most weekends in the summer up north with family. True to her zodiac sign, Cancer, she feels most at peace near water.

EXPANSION.

Nellie intends to travel as much as possible. Truly that’s her life goal in general. Her favorite place to consistently visit is going to visit her oldest brother in Aspen Colorado. Nellie is looking forward to attending a few continuing education classes this coming year. Starting her own business was a major milestone in her life and she can’t wait to continue to grow her personal brand with Meraki.
